Private Writing Coach

TWC is pleased to welcome Jenna Kalinsky as our first private writing coach. Jenna received her MFA from Columbia University and teaches writing at The University of Western Ontario and Humber College as well as serving as associate poetry editor for Drunkenboat Literary Magazine. She has published fiction, non-fiction and poetry, most recently in the LA Times bestselling The Modern Jewish Girl's Guide to Guilt (Dutton), winner of the 2006 National Jewish Book Award.

TWC's private writing coach programme is designed for writers who need consultation and feedback on a specific project as well as for writers who wish to receive ongoing instruction and guidance from a private literary tutor. Jenna will spark or reignite your creativity in one-to-one tutoring, administer detailed manuscript notes on all aspects of your short stories, articles and poetry, and provide concentrated grammar instruction and copyediting.

“Wow! I read your notes and my husband Darren was reading over my shoulder and we were blown away by how thorough and insightful and brilliant you are. I can't wait to make the changes and it is so nice to feel enthusiastic about the story again.

Thanks again for your hard work and especially for being so interested in my family's story, I know it is in good hands.”
